ঈশ্বর হোক সবার

ঈশ্বর হোক সবার 

 --------মিনার বসুনীয়া-----------

 তিনি তো তোমাদের একার ঈশ্বর নন।  

তিনি হয়তো ডলফিনের অাবেদন মঞ্জুর করেছেন- 

তিনি হয়তো সাগরের মোনাজাত কবুল করেছেন- 

তিনি হয়তো বনের প্রার্থনা মন দিয়ে শুনেছেন- 

তিনি হয়তো পাহাড়ের দাবীগুলো যৌক্তিক ভেবেছেন-

 তারাও হয়তো টিকে থাকার জন্য দু'হাত বাড়িয়েছিল! 

হয়তো তারাও বাঁচতে চেয়ে কেঁদেছিলো রাতের পর রাত- 

নইলে অাজ অাকাশ কেন হবে এতো নীল!

 নইলে পাখিরা কেন অাজ মুখরিত হবে দূরন্ত কোলাহলে 

 তিনি তো মানুষের একার ঈশ্বর নন, 

অার পৃথিবীও নয় তোমাদের একার 

God be with everyone

 He is not your only God.

He may have approved an application for dolphins -

He may have accepted the prayer of the sea -

He may have heard the prayer of the forest -

He may have thought the mountain's claims logical -

 They might as well have raised two hands to survive!

Maybe they even cried night after night -

Otherwise, why the sky is so blue today!

 Otherwise, why the birds will be confronted today with distant noise

 He is not the only God of man,

The rest of the world is not yours
